how often should you contact your personal injury attorney to check the status of your case?
2 weeks to a month if not obsessiveWhat is a reasonable time frame of calling your attorney to check the status of your personal injury case? I know you can call anytime you want to but, is once a week or every 2 weeks obsessive? The case is to the point of the defense attorney excepting mediation/offer a settlement or going to trial. As it seems there is no other person to do a deposition on.
