You mean authentication of documents, like birth certificates? The agencies which issued them. Like in the case of most certificates (marriage/death/birth), it is the National Statistics Office.Here in Australia there is a list of proffessionals who can certify copies od documents as true copies when they are presented with the original copies of the documents. I would like to know if it is the same in the Philippines. That is aside from lawyers and notary public.
